Metropolitan Maintenance Service is a woman/minority owned business with more then 30 year and two generations of experience in the field of janitorial services. We bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the needs of our clients. Additionally, our management team has more then 25 years of administrative and customer service experience.

MMS provides commercial janitorial services with emphasis on office cleaning, full floor maintenance services and carpet cleaning. Local storage facilities to house all equipment needed for this client so access is immediate and timely. Equipment includes, backpack and floor type vacuum cleaners; high and low speed buffers and extraction machines for carpet cleaning, wet/dry vacs and automatic floor scrubbers.
